Katja Schild studied music education, musicology and Romance languages and literature and completed a singing and acting training. In front of the microphone, she works as an artistic voice-over artist for Bayerischer Rundfunk and for Arte (radio and TV), and participates in radio plays and audio book recordings as well as audio films for the blind and visually impaired. On stage she performs as an actress in theatre productions, readings and presentations; as a singer in concerts and chamber operas. She passes on her experience as a lecturer at the Musikhochschule and BR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Half French, Katja Schild received her vocal training from Marina Ulewicz, Julie Kaufmann and Carmen Anhorn, as well as master classes (Renaissance and Baroque music) from Marc Tucker and Jessica Cash, her acting training from Gernot Heindl and Susanne Geyer (Schauspiel M\u00fcnchen). She completed an apprenticeship in music sales (Hieber-Bauer Munich) and studies in music education, musicology and Romance languages at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universit\u00e4t Munich (M.A.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
